Customer Feedback Is Everything
Customer reviews are the engine to any successful business providing the business owner with valuable data of how their business is performing. I need to know, as a business owner, that all departments are functioning to the level I would expect. This starts with the initial customer interaction where first impressions are still as valuable as they ever were. I try to provide a showroom environment that reflects the way I like to shop. Not pestered by sales-people or bamboozled by jargon. I like potential customers to take their time viewing the products and then when the time is right ask for assistance which should always be readily available.

Then comes the sales talk where I prefer to offer a price that covers everything, no hidden amounts that other hot tub dealers add on at the end, it’s so much easier to budget for.
A follow up phone call, a site visit to discuss their spa vision, booking the delivery and the delivery itself. All members of the team know how important it is to make sure the customer has the best purchasing experience possible and that as a local provider we are always here to help for many years to come.

We popped by on a Bank Holiday Monday in May and are now proud owners of the perfect hot tub. James was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions (there were a lot!) he then came to do a site visit to check we had the right space and to work out what we needed to arrange for delivery.
James is THE BEST! We had been to lots of other hot tub show rooms and they brushed us off and were not helpful at all. James had patience and expertise – he wasn’t pushy and we felt so confident with the ordering & delivery process. He has even arranged to come out and show us how to clean the tub when we empty the water so we can ensure we look after it to the best standard possible. Thank you so much James for your help and thanks for making delivery day stress free. We are so happy we chose a Reef hot tub and look forward to many relaxing dips for years to come. Pop by and chat to James he knows everything and can answer even the most bizarre questions. P.s we had a HUGE CRANE lift the hot tub over the house and it was such a cool experience.

A really excellent purchasing experience. Absolutely amazing service from James, we have recently purchased a Spa from Windlesham pools and Spas. James is fantastic, he’s full of knowledge and we felt so comfortable in ordering our Spa. The communication we had with James after the order, was fantastic, the delivery/installation team were outstanding. We feel very confident in maintaining our Spa, especially with the advice and information we have been given from James and the installation team. The day we had our Spa installed, James called us in the evening to confirm the Spa set up is all well, and making sure we knew what we were doing, with balancing the chlorine levels etc. We received a full starter set of chemicals and champagne, and the shop is full of the extra bits that you need or want to purchase, and these are at great prices too. We are so happy with our Spa, and confident in James at Windlesham for after sales help and future purchases. From our initial call with James through to installation, Pools & Spas Windlesham made the entire process seamless. Their customer service and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease with making the decision to buy our hot tub.
My husband and I decided on the Vita Spa Joli and we are absolutely thrilled. It will comfortably fit 4/5 people and fits discretely in our garden which is what we were looking for.
We’re so pleased we went for a 32Amp hot tub so the jets can work whilst the hot tub continues to heat the water!
We were delighted that for one price we were able to simplify the package and the hot tub came with the steps, cover, cover lifter and all of the chemicals that we needed to get started.
My husband was particularly pleased with the fact a pre-visit was also included in the price as it took the stress and worry away as to whether the hot tub would fit or not!
Our hot tub is the midnight canyon shell with resort grey cabinet and not only looks fantastic with the lights at night but also blends beautifully into our garden.
So all in all we are extremely happy and have managed to make our home feel like a holiday and create a little escape for us.
